Two childhood friends, Yahav and Guy, grew up in Kadima tzoran with an old dream – to create something of their own: a place full of flavor, people, and meaningful encounters.
Yoav, driven by a deep love for raw ingredients and the art of cooking, discovered in brewing another path for culinary creativity.
Guy, who returned to Israel after years in the music industry, brought with him his creative spirit and passion for good energy, for gatherings, and for a complete experience around the table.
Together, in the heart of Kibbutz Moran, they built a place where food and beer live side by side and complete one another.
At Galil Brewery, everything is made from locally sourced ingredients from the Galilee – from the beers to the dishes served beside them – in a culinary experience that is simple yet refined, inspired by the land, the community, and the season.
Every glass and every plate are part of their shared story: a fusion of deep roots, creativity, and a great Galilean soul.
At Galil Brewery, beer and food don’t simply live side by side – they are born together, breathe the same air, and tell the same story.
The place was built out of a genuine love for flavor, raw ingredients, and the meeting point between earth and people. In the heart of Kibbutz Moran, surrounded by green mountains and a soft Galilean breeze, Yoav and Guy craft a complete experience: beer brewed on-site, and food that speaks the same language.
The beer is handcrafted using local ingredients and pure water from the Galilee mountains. Each beer carries its own character – smooth, bitter, or deep – yet all share the taste of this land. Alongside them are dishes inspired by seasonal produce from the region: vegetables from local farmers, bread baked in-house, and meats grilled over an open flame beside a cold pint.
Here, everything is done with simplicity and precision – no unnecessary sophistication, just love for good food, fresh beer, and the connection between people, nature, and taste.
